By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

1️. Purpose of the Platform
Rent a Lady Boy .com is a legitimate lifestyle, cultural, and travel connection platform designed to connect:
- Verified ladyboys / transgender women (“Hosts”) offering authentic cultural and educational experiences.
- Travellers / Guests seeking to learn, connect, and participate in respectful, inclusive meetups or guided activities.
The platform is strictly non-sexual and must not be used to solicit or engage in adult, escort, or illegal services.
Our goal is to promote understanding, cultural exchange, and social awareness through safe, real-world experiences.
2. Eligibility
By registering or using this Platform, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
- You will use this Platform in compliance with all applicable local and international laws.
3️. User Registration
To create an account, users must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
Each Host and Traveller agrees to:
- Provide truthful identity verification details.
- Maintain confidentiality of login information.
- Not create multiple or fake profiles.
Rent a Lady Boy .com reserves the right to suspend or delete any account found to be false, misleading, or violating community standards.
4️. Services & Fees
4.1 Host Services
Hosts set their own rates for cultural experiences, meetups, or educational sessions.
4.2 Platform Fee
The Platform charges a 20% service fee on the total booking amount. This covers payment handling, verification, and operational support.
4.3 Payments
- All payments are processed securely through the Platform.
- Funds are held in escrow until the experience has successfully taken place.
- After completion, the Platform releases the payment (minus 20%) to the Host.
- Hosts must provide valid payment details to receive funds.
5️. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a Traveller cancels before a confirmed meeting, refunds will be handled based on timing and agreement:
- Cancellations more than 48 hours before an event may be fully refunded (minus payment processing fees).
- Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a partial refund at the Platform’s discretion.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable.
The Platform reserves the right to adjust policies in special circumstances.
6️. Prohibited Conduct
To maintain a respectful and safe community, users must NOT:
- Offer, request, or imply sexual or escort-related services.
- Engage in harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.
- Misrepresent identity, age, or purpose of use.
- Exchange personal contact details before official booking confirmation.
- Use the Platform for advertising, spam, or external business promotion.
- Arrange off-platform payments or private agreements.
- Post inappropriate photos, videos, or text.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, with no refund.
7️. Safety & Conduct
The Platform promotes safe, public, and respectful meetups only.
- All meetings should occur in public venues (cafés, hotels, tourist attractions, etc.).
- Physical contact or sexual advances are strictly prohibited.
- Both parties should communicate clearly and follow local laws at all times.
